If magic can make one double use an hour (and thank you very much for
blowing that mystery for me as I am only half way through the third
installment ;) ) then magic can ensure the fact that you don't age before
your time,(how I wish that I had one for my classes.)

Beyond that in the witchy-world in which I live age does not mean what
it does here it means wisdom and respect and if Hermione can get a little
extra respect from the group of 13 year old boys that she hangs out with
