Lily Potter coulnt have died on the titanic, because Voldemort came to
the Potters house, and I remember very clearly that when the dementors
came near Harry, he heard his mothers screaming and pleading for Harrys
life, and one time he even heard his father say something like "Go,
I'll hold him off!"
and besides, the characters don't take after really live ppl, JKR even
said so in the Scolastics Interview.
