I've just finished what's there of PoU, and I'm reeling... better put some
spoiler space, just in case.

READ THIS YET?

Heh, okay. That was absolutely the most amazing thing I've ever read. My
head's full of questions. I'm sure most of them can't be answered yet, but
I'm going to ask anyway.

First, my ugly American questions. I'm needing some British definitions...
Indulge me. <g>

Now for my questions... they're in chronological order of the story.
1. Is Justin gay? I'm not sure if the slang has the same meaning in
Britain, but where I come from "playing for the other team" has that
connotation. At some point when Hermione offers him a kiss he says
something to the effect of "That's not my team." This is one of those
things that doesn't matter, but that intrigued me.
2. Is Harry named for his father? If he is, could that show some sort of
premonition on their part that they weren't going to live?... giving him a
piece of them to carry, in a way.
3. Harry says at one point that when James wasn't there to guide him, the
elves were. Is this a figure of speech, or does Harry have a relationship
with them that we don't know about yet?
4. Is it commonplace for someone to notify this list when a new chapter
comes out? I'll be waiting in line at midnight in full costume... ; )
5. What happened to Sirius and Hagrid? Did they die of old age, or
something more sinister?

Last but not least, my opinions:
This story had more "break my heart and then mend it" moments than I thought
possible. Just when I was all teary eyed at a tragedy, there would be
another twist to solve that calamity, and create another one. I've also
never read a story that literally had my jaw drop before. When Quinn
started talking to Gerald, I thought I'd lost it permanently. I loved all
of the little details. The grapevine and the Bauble bubbles were my
personal favorites. Oh, and Allegra reminded me of Ursula from "The Little
Mermaid". I can't quite put my finger on it... something about the way she
poses and taunts.

Forgive my babbling... it's 3 am, and I read the whole thing in one
sitting...
