*I can't really imagine either of the Weasley twins really caring too 
*much about bending the "Use of Improper Magic" rule-- remember their 
*impromptu sprouting of facial hair after trying to cross the Age 
*Line?  ^_^  Expulsion wouldn't be imminent, because it would be 
*difficult to find this out in the Weasley household, as Jay said.  

What I think she was asking was why didn't they get in trouble from the MoM
for using
magic during the summer, underage witches/wizards are not supposed to use
magic except for in
school, which is where they tried to cross the age line.
