I disagree with you - just because we aren't told about the sex ed or 
other PSE (personal and social education) that doesn't mean that they 
don't have any. (Gosh - were there the right number of negatives 
there?)   We aren't told about the other sporting activities either - 
but quidditch wouldn't be the only sport.  

Of course, if we were Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Wizarding 
Schools, then JKR would have to lay out the curriculum in much more 
detail ...
