Hello:

Gracias, Scott! *The irony: I take French.*

> So tomorrow you start back to school, I *know* you're
> excited.....

Watch me as I leap into the air with joy at the prospect of another
year being dubbed "the brainy one", "the smart girl", and "the Misery
Chick" (oh, how I would love to kill the person who wrote that
line). It's really a bit sad when your classes are a joke-- yet your
GPA is the only one in the 10th grade that's *not* a prime number.

I don't even have the luxury of Honors English! *mutters about cheap
school districts* But I'm seriously doubting my classes' ability to
differentiate between nouns and verbs. AUUGH!

lucky
> can one get, I will have her for five classes before I
graduate...).
> Wait, I'm not forgetting fourth, English, and another Prof Binns
> type...Where's Ebony when you need her???

First period is my grace period-- band, aka Chill Time; the conductor
is much like Dumbledore. However, I'm pretty sure that my Honors
Biology class is going to be hell (my reputation for destroying
Bunsen Burners precedes me with my school's answer to Snape), as will
my Algebra 2 courseload (McGonagall). I'm praying for a reprieve in
Accelerated History (AKA "Where the Teacher Who Resembles Lupin Grabs
All the Kids With Half a Brain and Puts Them in the Same Period")...

> Well best of luck in the new school year....

Same to you, Scott, and to everyone else facing the horrors of
academia!
