Have we seen anyone examples of the child of a wizard father and 
Muggle mother? TMR and Seamus are both offspring of a witch mother 
and Muggle father, so I'm wondering if it is inherited 
matrilineally, which would correlate with what someone said 
about a fetus developing in the presence of magic being more 
likely to turn out a wizard/witch.
