Technical question: Daemon messages/WSJ Best seller list

I am getting the Daemon messages too.  I am not using the mail 
option; I just read the posted messages online, but when I post my 
own messages sometimes (seems like it is usually at the end of the 
day but I am not sure) I get the "quota exceeded" message in my 
mailbox a few mintues later.  However, the messages themselves are 
posted with no trouble.
