Technical question: Daemon messages/WSJ Best seller list

As an administrator on three other egroups list, I have never heard
of 
a 100 msgs per day restriction.  To me this daemon message looks like 
someone on this list has a quota limit on messages received, and
their 
mail provider is generating that error message back to a message 
sender.  

In other words I think it is a problem with someone on the list, not 
with egroups.  Can one of our admins check the member bounce status?
