I did think it was a bit silly, though... names in the real
world bare no relation whatsoever to what they're like, but a
recurring thing in the magical world is that they do (remus,
sirius [dog star], etc [can't actually think of any more but I
know there are some]) - is there a reason for this or is it just
JKR playing author games?
I actually had a go at rationalising remus being a werewolf in a
fic; it's on FFN as Peeves_is_peeved, Remus' Christmas Stories
#1.
