Anyone who regards Voldemort as a role model is a seriously sick individual.
All in all, I think he works quite well as he is.  As do most of the male
characters, I might add (Dumbledore, Snape, Sirius, Harry, Ron).  Just one
or two gender changes might have been appropriate.  At least one other adult
female on the good side and with a fairly important role would do me.

I believe someone (Ebony?) mentioned why we're not getting worked up about
the lack of ethnic minorities in there.  Truth is, the UK is 90% white, so
all in all, you wouldn't expect there to be that many non-whites around.
