1) Borders bookstores ( for those overseas, a major US chain)
has a new 'gift certificate' card, $20 denomination, with the US GoF 
cover portion showing Harry's (and Cedric's) faces.

2) Borders September flyer also says 'prepay for a Harry Potter 2001 
calendar and get a coupon for 15% off any other 2001 calendar' - not 
available online - also not repeated in the October flyer.

3) Borders also has entry forms for a 'Create your own World of 
Narnia' Art contest, sponsored by HarperCollins Children's Books and 
Chick-fil-A, benefitting Boys & Girls Clubs of America, open to
anyone under 18.  This is in celebration of the 50th anniversary of 
_The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe'.

4) Finally, at least my bigger local Borders cafe's drink for October 
is a 'Pumpkin Smoothie' and the 'Valos coffee of the month' is 
'Pumpkin Spice', for those who thought the Pumpkin drink in the books 
was interesting.
