***************
In "The Keeper of the Keys", SS, Hagrid says, "All anyone knows is,
he turned up in the village where you was all living, on Halloween
ten years ago. You was just a year old. He came to yer house an' --
an'--"
In "The Boy Who Lived", SS, Macgonagall says, "What they're saying,
she pressed on, "is that last night Voldemort turned up in Godric's
Hollow. He went to find the Potters. The rumor is that Lily and James
Potter are -- are-- that they're --dead."
In "The Servants of Voldemort", POA, Sirius Black says, "I was
scared. I set out for your parents' house straight away. And when I
saw their house, destroyed, and their bodies...I realized what Peter
must have done... what I'd done."
It doesn't really say the village of Godrick's Hollow. I think it is
still up for grabs.
Doreen, who would have answered sooner, but I find myself caught up
in reading more than I need to ... just because I want to. :)
