It's also been stated that several of the professors were wary of Lupin
because of his werewolf status. This creates an unfair bias against him.
Perhaps they simply never mentioned Remus' abilities because they were
reluctant to admit it. Not saying they are all narrow-minded but it's
something to keep in mind
