If I recall it correctly Dumbledore watched Snape leave with a trace 
of apprehension in his face. Well, maybe he doubts Snapes ulterior 
motives and is worried which side Snape will be with, now that the old 
conflicts are reborn. Or he doubts Snape's ability to withstand the 
lures of Lord Voldemort.
