One of the possible differences (from folklore) is that the
werewolf retains human eyes.  Which I think would be a nice
touch, though both for Remus' sake and their own, I hope H/R/H
never get close enough to the transformed Lupin to find out.  Not
unless he's been taking his potion regularly, anyway!
