I just read about an interview JKR did with (I think) the BBC and 
she indicated it would be a *popular* character who would die a 
'grisly' death (and it will be in Order of the Phoenix). I'm not sure 
the Creevey brothers have been around long enough or are well 
enough known to readers to be popular. I tend to agree with  
"rachelrenee1" -- I think it's going to be Hagrid, and I'll be laying 
in a huge supply of Kleenex on the off-chance I'm right.

My second guess would be Ron.
