No, it's only the 99th time!  It means "relationshipper", i.e. a person who
favours particular romantic pairings of characters in the books or in the
thousands of fanfictions (fanfic) that have sprung up.  Before you ask
(which you probably weren't going to) 'slash' is the term for same sex
pairings (as in slash fic).
