I am answering this on the list in case other people (a) see this & get the same idea, or (b) are in the process of doing something similar.
It could come under copyright infringement if you use the logo that's been in the UK books & on the WB clothing, just by using it - you don't have a fair use defense, whereas if you
were using it in a Latin classroom to just hang on the wall, you might.
But since you're selling the shirts, even if it's only to club members, it would also likely be trademark infringement - if my memory is correct, WB has a trademark application for
the slogan.
In sum, it's risky to use it.
