Yup, the names coming out of the Goblet and the subsequent argument 
about Harry as 4th champion.  Okay, I shouldn't encourage you people, 
but I think that's easily dealt with.  Crouch Sr. isn't looking too 
good, right?  Even Harry in his shocked state notices, AD's worried 
about him (Crouch), and Crouch hardly says a word.  So:  he is 
actually an android programmed with the rules of the tournament and 
a few key facts like the name "Weatherby."  Snape breathes a sigh of 
relief when he's gotten through that sticky little scene, deactivates 
him, and gets back to serving his Master.
