Is it grades that makes one a Prefect, though, one has to wonder.  I 
think Neville would do a fine job of it.  The only thing with which 
he'd have trouble is remembering the Gryffindor password!  The poor 
dear.  Out of everyone, Hermione, Ron and Harry included, I wish it'd 
be Neville.
