prefect of class of 1998 than Harry?>

I forgot about Quidditch as a possibility for prefect consideration,
but in Harry's case, it still makes me uncomfortable. Just like being
a fourth champion made him miserable, I see the same reaction from him
on becoming a prefect. It also raises some questions:

*Do you automatically become a prefect/Head Boy or Girl if anyone in
your family was one (parents or brothers)?
*Can you turn the job down?

If it is an inherited position, then both Harry and Ron have a shot at
it. For all we know, Neville's parents could have also been prefects,
as it was mentioned they were quite popular before the DEs got their
hands on them.

If I am to think only of who is worthy of the position, Hermione is
the only one who comes to mind. I have heard next to nothing about
the Gryffindor boys having excellent grades or being extra
rule-conscious. Harry is the best rule breaker of all, actually.
