Good points! Also, Harry has been keeping the Firebolt in Gryffindor 
Tower. Without the Invisibility Cloak, there's no way he could've got 
it without being seen. And as Quidditch season is over, it's likely the 
only brooms left in the broom shed are the school brooms, and we know 
what *they're* like.
