And you harm none, do as you will...

Certainly, that is one viewpoint. But some witches feel that a witch 
who can't hex, can't heal. Hexes are always a little dicey, because 
they will return sevenfold (if you're wrong for sure, but maybe even 
if you're right).

So our sisters/brothers in England may do badly until they admit all 
their mistakes...personally I would never cast such a spell....since
I have made too many mistakes to count....
