Here's the scene....Voldemore and Harry face each other in limbo with Peter stnading looking on. Voldemore has been returned to full strength. Harry's wand lays shattered on the ground, his friends cannot get to him in time.

Voldemore lifts his wand to perform the death curse...Peter's Wizard's Debt bond kicks in, and he suddenly see's this as his last chance to redeem himself for his crimes...at the last moment he throws himself between them and takes the curse himself...falls dead at Harry's feet...the story continues...
