It's not that I don't like what you said, it was that I couldn't wrap 
my thoughts around it in such a way that I could make sense of it.

Ah, I see now.

That's different.  It read differently to my eyes before, but now I 
see you saying  "Hagrid tends to be impulsive and that may get him 
into trouble despite his good intentions" -- if I understand you 
correctly, we agree.
