Thoughtful predictions. You just might be close to the targets.

So to me, it looks like the first three book were used solely for
  setup.
The fourth is where all the shit starts going downhill.
I see Order of the phoenix being a very confused time. Dumbledore
and his supporters will be fighting everyone's refusal to believe
that Voldemort is back. I think they will become an almost
rebel/geurrilla type group in the wizarding public's eyes.
I think book 6 will have some sort of major defeat at Voldemort's
hands, which makes it clear to everyone that he is back.
Seven will begin with harry feeling it is all over, he's lost to
Voldemort and will start to doubt his powers, himself and
Dumbledore. He may toy with the Dark arts. Something will happen
that will cause Harry to sort of break out of a shell, and he will be
recognized as the most powerful wizard ever. and I doo mean EVER.
He will have the opportunity to kill Voldemort, but will be
influenced by Dumbledore to no use the unforgiveable curses.

In the end Voldy will be beaten, but before that happen, some SERIOUS
  battle line will be drawn.

It seems obvious that JKR is allowing the content of the books to
mature with the kids who are reading them. If it was still aimed at
11 year olds, GoF would have been a very different book, don't you
  think?

Now that I've rambled.....here is my point.

I think hardly any of the relationships that exist now will remain
  like they are.

Harry + Hermionne = of COURSE they will fall in love! Harry is
already noticing how different she looks. But i dont think this will
  happen until the last book

Harry + Ron = tough one. it all depends on whether or not Ron comes
into his own. Considering his family, I think it's safe to say he
will. 2 head boys, a quidditch champion, and two extremely creative
brothers in fred and george. I'm thinking quidditch is in his
future. no real reason, it just makes sense.

Harry + Dumbledore = i see a falling out coming. Harry will doubt
Dumbledore and turn his back on him, allbeit briefly. Dumbledore
will end up being Harry's conscience

Harry + Voldemort = Voldemort will, at some point try to get at
Harry through his friends. he will probably kill someone, and this
will drive harry over the edge for a bit. Eventually this will be
the catalyst that kicks Harry's abilities ito high gear.

Harry + Wormtail = wormtail will be pushing up daisies. not in a
pretty way either. maybe that will be harry's look at the dark side,
  his killing of wormtail

Harry + Snape = i can't help but think that history will repeat
itself, and Harry will save Snape's neck. At the end of GoF, i
thought I saw a change in the relationship already. snape has to
have SOME respect for harry's abilities now after he faced down
  voldemort on his own.

Harry + Sirius =thats a black hole for me. i have no idea where it
  will go

sorry to make it so long

i tend to get verbal diarehhea sometimes.
  anyway...DISCUSS
