[HPforGrownups] Why did we start reading the books?

I actually got the book as a joke, cuz I thought the whole Pottermania thing last summer was soo dumb.  (The first 2)  My mom went to the store and got it for me, I was bored during Christmas break and picked up "Sorcerer's Stone" knowing I would have to read it eventually as a education major.  So I read it and loved it now I'm hooked..more than hooked I"m obsessed.
