Regarding pumpkin juice, I agree with Haggridd about the potential taste.  
It also occurs to me that the fibers of the pumpkin itself could wreak havoc 
on a juicer--I am thinking about the stringing mess one ends up with when 
cleaning out jack-o-lanterns.  Where I live, we have several natural food 
stores (Wild Oats/Alfalfas) that make all sorts of "power" drinks with many 
different types of vegetable juices (albeit with the help of a serious 
juicer).  If all else fails, you might want to ask them.
