Let us not conclude that Madam Pince is anything short of a terrific 
librarian, however.  The poor woman doesn't really get to strut her 
stuff, since Harry never asks her for help.

I bet Hermione has a great relationship with her.  I hold firmly to 
the belief that librarians love patrons who ask for help finding 
things:  the more esoteric, the better.  Am I right?
