Great theory, but we know Fawkes only gave two feathers.  I'm 99% 
sure we get this from Mr. Ollivander in PS/SS, but it might be 
in "The Parting of the Ways" in GF.  Dumbledore may have a phoenix 
feather wand, but since the feather isn't from Fawkes, it wouldn't be 
a brother wand to Voldemort's.
