transfigured things don't stay that way permanently?
So won't Crouch, Sr.'s body be found eventually? I
assumed the transfiguration bit was done to make for
an easier and quicker burial, but I think someone's
going to notice something eventually. Perhaps not
Hagrid, since he's gone for the summer; perhaps the
body won't be discovered until the new school year. At
least then Dumbledore will have some evidence to place
before the Ministry.
