Sorry...I have not read QTA. I read a transcript of a JKR interview online
about her comic relief books in which she says that something else, another
broom sport, is played in the U.S. That, however, does not mean people from
the U.S. would not enjoy Quidditch. Good point about the Salem witches,
though, I forgot about that.
