Actually, Voldemort considers all his Death Eaters except Barty
Junior and the LeStranges cowards.

Barty went to jail rather than renounce/sell out Voldemort.

The other Death Eaters jumped to say they'd been under the Imperius
Curse or the Cruciatus Curse and so had no choice but to do
Voldemort's bidding.

None of the other Death Eaters tried to find Voldemort after his
downfall when he tried to kill the Potter family. Even Pettigrew
framed Sirius Black for his own death and took to the sewers,
believing Voldemort dead and gone or at least no longer a force
sufficient to protect him.

In GoF, when the Death Eaters formed the circle around him, Voldemort
had silkily harsh words for Lucius [who had actually tried to help
Voldemort along with Riddle's diary] and the other Death Eaters who
had not searched the world over for him to serve him and help him
back to strength.

He had harsher words for the Death Eaters who did not apparate into
the circle [Karkaroff, and anyone else missing] when the DarkMark
returned on their arms.

By this time I believe it's fairly likely Voldemort knows Snape is a
mole. Though given Voldemort's conceit, he may believe Dumbledore's
the one who is going to get the rude awakening.

Severus' hatred for Harry is serving him well to masque his true
motives from Voldemort.
