Alright, I agree with most of these points, and it would make sense.
Though I am sorry I have to disagree with number 3. No relatives to
take care of him because Harry is not a real relative. no way. When
someone is adopted, that is their family. Regaurdless of what you do,
or what you kids are. They would take care of him. The only people I
exempt from this is the Dursleys. They are horrible and would not take
care of Harry even if he was a real relative. But possibly Petunia was
so jealous of her "adopted sister" getting all the attention and that
sprung feelings of not wanting to take care of Harry...
