I'm going to have to jump in here, because I am firmly
in the "don't give Harry everything, let poor Ron be
the Seer!" camp. [g]

This dream is the best argument I've seen for Harry
being a Seer, but I just can't accept it on its own.
The first time I read that scene after knowing who
Prongs was (so I guess that would be the second time I
read the book), I saw it more as Harry subconsciously
remembering something about his father. He was
learning more about his father at this point, with the
connection to Sirius Black, so it's not surprising if
he started to remember stuff. Now, if it's later
revealed that Harry *is* a Seer, I'll be among the
first to point to this dream. [g] But I think there
can be another explanation.

Oh, I hadn't heard that as a Seer dream before. I'd
always thought that Voldie's and Harry's connection
through the scar was responsible for that. Sort of
like his later dreams connected to Voldie.

I think that one's reaching. I think it's the
equivalent of dreaming of taking a test naked in front
of the entire school, etc. Just a nerves dream.
Since Harry's a wizard and knows dragons *do* exist,
he'd be more likely to dream about it than us.

Of course, I'm also firmly supporting the notion of
Seer Ron with even less firm evidence than this. I'm
just a Weasley groupie, I guess. ;)
