HP4GU Contest, L.O.O.N. business

I am once again extending the deadline for the HP4GU Contest #10, in 
which you were asked to send in ideas for an HP-themed party or 
fair.  You know have until Weds midnight EST to submit your ideas.  
Hopefully, I will have a new contest for you next Friday -- I am 
working on a really fun, hard logic problem.

Chris Dossett has sent in a late entry to the Trailer Trashing 
contest:

and as a result Chris is now an official L.O.O.N.

And Extreme L.O.O.N. Amy Ziffenplatzen has pointed out that Catriona 
aka Incitata deserves to be a member of L.O.O.N., since she included 
a delightful, accurate, obsessive little nitpick in her very first 
post to HP4GU!!! Welcome, Chris and Incitata!
