I'm replying to myself!  Woohoo!  What fun!  (This list needs an edit 
feature--but I guess that's not possible)

Before anyone gets confused, when I said that "This is legitimate", I 
meant that Kelly's pointing it out as an underage use of magic was 
legitimate, not that the use of magic itself was legitimate.

Sorry for the brief message, but I thought it important that I clear 
that up.
