No, that's my bad. I spoke too hastily. In the U.S. the
age/grade roll-over often occurs more like in November (though it
varies from state to state), so a September-born child would be on the
younger end of her class not the older end.
My statement "she is younger than Harry" was based upon that. The
books never say whether she is older or younger, that I know of.
Sorry if that was misleading.
I guess we don't really know either way.
