Yes, we've noticed that before.  <g>  Bill is, however, at Hogwarts in
1995 to view the Triwizard Tournament.  If, 5 years later, he goes back
to Hogwarts to see a Hogwarts Quidditch match and comments that he
hasn't been at Hogwarts for 5 years, this would obviously *not* be
evidence that he last attended school at Hogwarts 5 years ago.  See the
logic flaw?  I don't think we can say for sure that Bill was last a
*student* 5 years prior to GoF.  Besides which, as Amy pointed out
yesterday, that leaves no room for Charlie (and I believe it would also
conflict with the notion that Charlie helped Gryffindor win at least one
Quidditch Cup while he was a student).
