Later in the book Colin does show Harry a picture he
has taken(again I don't have my book handy can someone
find the quote please?) and it says s8omething to the
effect of "Lockheart was pulling on what looked like
Harry's arm since the rest of him refused to enter the
picture--eventually the picture Lockheart gave up and
collapsed panting against the little white frame" or
something to that effect.  So yes he did manage to get
the picture to move (Even if the picture Harry didn't
want to be in it) :D
