I don't really think he's Seer. But for anyone who wants to support 
that theory, later in the book, during the Divination exam, Harry 
said that the Hippogriff was going to fly away free. I remember 
laughing aloud when I reached the part during the second reading, and 
wondering if he'd get top mark for that correct prediction. I thought 
it's just meant to be funny.
