More accurately,  Ron's precognitive. Harry's Clairvoyant.  Which, if 
the traits continue on true, Ron's talent will be the stronger of the 
two because they'll have advance warning.

Harry's dreams in GoF were mostly "within minutes of them happening."

I'm not so sure about either one of them, though.  Trelawney being 
the big quasi-fake she is,  latched onto Lavender and Padma [or was 
it Parvati?] as her star students...you'd think she'd have noticed if 
Ron and/or Harry had the Sight too, wouldn't she?
