COS Question...

I've only read the Brazilian version of the Books
But in the end off Cos Lucios and Dobby desapear while in the castle 
dobby with a *POP* and Malfoy with a "swish of his cloak" but how 
could They have done it if you can't aparate or disaparate in 
Hogwarts as Hermione likes to remind us...

I would like to know if this is a flaw in the Brazilian version or is 
it present in others editions?and What could it Mean?
