It would support the idea of Harry being at Dursleys care for the 
reason that he needs to grow as a person, learning to deal with 
difficulties, in order to become as good a wizard (and fighter) as he 
can get. But is there any other explanation why he cannot spend his 
summers at Hogwarts, if its possible to do so?
