Voldemort's face and voice

Does anyone else here have trouble imagining what the nearly-reborn
Dark Lord looks and sounds like?  We know his face is "snake-like"
but what does that mean?  The creature I've seen visually that keeps
coming into my mind is the Genie-hating Muktaar from Disney's _Aladdin_
TV series, which has a snakey face and even a snakey voice, and it is usually
this face (with darker skin and contorted into even more evil expressions)
that materializes in my occasional Voldy nightmares.  But is it what JKR
has in mind?  And what about his voice?  Jo insists it's high-pitched,
even though the Evil Dark Lord's Manual generally recommends
a deep, Darth Vader-like voice. :)  The only truly evil guy with a 
high-pitched
voice that comes to mind is Alan Arkin as the #1 baddie in the movie
_Wait Until Dark_, which doesn't seem to fit... Though I *can* hear
him say, "Now, Now Harry, the niceities must be observed."

Anyone care to share how You-Know-Who looks and sounds in your
own mind?
