This is one of those topics that we've discussed a lot over the last 
months (years?). Those of us who have been here a while then are 
saying "Oh, my, here we go again!" when we see that, but those of you 
who are new might very well say "Well, WE didn't get a chance to 
discuss yet! Let's have at it!" 

I can't bring myself to stop anyone from discussing what I have 
enjoyed talking about in months past. I tend to favor the "smaller 
number of students" theories myself. But instead of jumping in on 
this question yet again, I will recommend that you read the page on
