Plot hole - discrediting Harry - Harry as Seer?

I happen to be home from work today (jury duty at 12:30) and I had 
time to also find the passage.

I like what you said about the patronus already existing in Harry.  
That is probably true, but I also think that he was "seeing" what the 
patronus was.  Remember, he had no idea that his father had been an 
unregistered animagus and he didn't know that he was a stag.  How 
could Harry have had such a specific dream - hooves and all?  I think 
it's another example that fits in quite nicely with the idea of Harry 
as a Seer.
