Ooooops!  Peter did not have Lupin's wand when he transformed.  I 
forgot that Harry disarmed him.  So my L.O.O.N. alert was issued in 
error.

I suppose there must be a penalty for an erroneous L.O.O.N. 
correction.  An appropriate penalty would be the slow erosion of 
one's L.O.O.N. status for each infraction.  So I suppose I must now 
begin to refer to myself as a L.O.O.
