No, I really don't think so. IMO, the patronus is something so very personal that its form is visible only to the one who casts it. If he or she chooses to disclose it to others, like Harry does to Lupin... well, that's their problem. But basically, it's a wizard's very own secret- understandable, as it might disclose hidden aspects of their personality.
